This course is designed especially for young puppies. Our Puppy Socialization course provides a wonderful opportunity to combine training, play and socialization in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. This course will help you develop a good relationship with your puppy by giving you the skills for training and problem-solving. All your questions about puppy behaviour will be answered.

Our classes are based on Dr. Ian Dunbar's puppy class protocols ( Dr. Dunbar's must-read, very informative book "Before You Get Your Puppy" is available for free download at the following address -  http://www.siriuspup.com/beforebook.html ).

Carolark was one of the first three schools in Canada to offer puppy classes in this format.

Learn how to teach your puppy ...

  • using positive, motivational, effective, gentle and scientifically proven training methods
  • good manners and proper social behaviour before problems arise
  • to be gentle with its jaws and paws
  • friendly behaviour and simple commands ~ sit, down, stand, off, come when called, eye contact, stay, loose leash walking, settle down and play bow
  • handling your puppy
