Turid Rugaas from Norway, who has spent over 15 years observing dogs and their behaviours, in particular the behaviours they use to calm themselves and other dogs, returned to Ottawa to give a follow-up seminar entitled "Practical Applications of Calming Signals" and then flew on to Edmonton, Alberta where she gave her first seminar in western Canada.
